Let me add how they make it seem like The Netherlands has been an equal to the United States in the 400m relay races. Since 2019 when Sydney and Femke turned pro – Team USA has won four (4) of the six (6) 4x400m Mixed relay races, and has medaled in all of them. The Netherlands won one (1) and medaled in two (2) others.
Since 2019 Team USA women's 400m relay team has won five (5) out of five (5) 4x400m Relay race finals. The Netherlands won one (1) out of five (5) and medaled in two (2) others.
RECAP: both teams ran 11 major 400m mixed relay races and women's 400m relay races since 2019 Team USA has won 9, medaled in 2.
The Netherlands has won two (2) and medaled in four (4).
There was never any "battles" going on between The Netherlands and the United States in the 400m relay races.

Most disappointing thing about the mixed relays is when they forced the order to be only man vs man and woman vs woman. Then they forced the order to be woman anchor. You always put your fastest leg last but not for this. They only did this because they didn’t like the optic when it was man vs woman on the same leg. Such a shame. Takes a ton of strategy out of it and same for mixed 4×1 having female be forced to be 2nd and 4th leg. Just dumb.
