This is where wage update is pretty important. In the other managing games,you can buy/sign a Free agent that's worth like 20 Mil,for only 5 mil bonus but with a high wage. So I'm guessing that Wage and Contract update will come really soon. Or maybe never,idk

They should add wages and contracts but they should also add casual mode (so what we have now) and realistic mode (contracts, salaries, ticket revenue, stadium maintance, etc) and custom mode (you can enable or disable things like salaries)
