I think the transfer market should be more realistic. I agree with you about loans, but I also believe players should be valued based on their season. It's not realistic that a player worth 70M is still worth 70M after an incredible season just because their overall rating didn't increase

I think the new job offers should be better. I once took over Nadroga FC in Fiji. Won the league and the cup with them. Won the OFC Champions league with them and qualified them to the CWC, where I took Club America to the penalty shootout. Pretty much everything you can do in a club from Fiji I did, I wanted to play a journeyman or even the Hexagon challenge (Win the Champions league in every confederation in one save) but all job offers I got were from other clubs in Fiji or national teams, so I ended up spending bux to move to Thailand. I think the game should take into account where the club was when you came in and where are they now and your achievments so you might get offers from bigger clubs, bigger leagues and even other continents. And there should be more than just 3 job offers
