Another Broken strategy is signing a lot of super old players at the start if the season while investing in your academy. Turning 50k$ signings into 500+k youngsters who you'll either sell for profit or start the next season. You can do at least 5 of those each season.
In addition, another Broken strat, you can purposefully make your players play out of position on the last match day in order for the board to give you a target of "avoiding relegation". They always set the target based of your current OVR compared to the rest of the league. This basically, if you have a guaranteed title, or safety, means you can play the game without the risk of getting sacked.

I just do Low Pressure for Stamina and Defensive Mentality, works for me everytime. I also loan older players since they'll retire at the end of the season anyways, and they'll come back as a new youngster from the youth academy, would be better if the academy is maxed out or at least Level 15. It's pretty much a cheat tbh
There is so much they can do with the game like player contracts,your own player career and loaning out players
